Each session runs for approximately 60–90 minutes and includes a mix of presentations, practical exercises, and Q&A segments. Sessions are designed to be interactive, allowing participants to ask questions and engage with the content.

Will the sessions be recorded, and can I watch them later?

Yes! All sessions will be recorded, and you’ll have access to the recordings on demand for a limited time after the webinar ends. This way, you can review the information at your own pace.

Can I attend just one or two of the sessions, or do I need to attend the full series

You can attend as many sessions as you like, but you need to understand that each day has a unique focus, the sessions build upon each other for a comprehensive understanding of long COVID recovery.  As a Long Hauler, we realize that you might not be able to complete a full episode or watch them in succession, which is why the ‘on demand’ is there for you to watch them in your own time and pace.  For the best experience, we recommend attending/watching the full series

Absolutely!  You will be muted and off video for confidentiality purposes.  You can submit questions to the chat, the last 30mins of the webinar is dedicated to this.  Zara will do her best to answer as many questions as possible, related to the topic covered, within that time period.  We encourage you to prepare any questions or concerns I advance if possible and to keep your questions generalized as Zara cannot provide answers to individual medical issues.
