Cornerstone is a large interdisciplinary team (PT, OT, Psych, RD) of clinicians and researchers who have been treating Long COVID since its inception. We help people to manage the full spectrum of Long COVID rehab. PEM, POTs, MCAS, IST, as well as pain, brain fog, and the full spectrum of symptoms that are seen in this condition. 

Our program is delivered virtually and utilizes wearable technology to assist in pacing, activity prescription and body monitoring. The program is currently open to anyone living in Ontario, BC and Alberta. We have over 30 Physiotherapists, two Occupational therapists/psychotherapists, a dietician and a nutritionist. Some of whom have lived experience, and all of whom have undergone our extensive training program and are continuously supported by our program advisors and clinical leaders. 

We have contacts in our local medical and research community, and we work alongside a patients primary care provider to help with medical management where required.
