The Long COVID Clinic offers the following treatment options for patients:
- Patients who are permanent Alabama residents may schedule in-person appointments with our treatment team in Birmingham.
- Alabama residents and non-residents may schedule hybrid care that includes a combination of in-person and remote telehealth care.
- Patients who are not Alabama residents may enroll in a fully remote telehealth program for Long COVID treatment.
