My name is Zara, I am an Occupational therapist and self-proclaimed neuroscience nerd and I have been working in neurological rehabilitation and health education for the last 5 years. I am extremely passionate about taking a holistic and compassionate lens when it comes to ME/CFS and Long COVID. I am very familiar with the psychological, social and bio-physiological components of these disorders and work with clients to address all sides of them. I have extensive training in chronic pain, polyvagal theory, neuroinflammation and concussions as well. I run several courses for upward of 200+ patients including Brain and Cell Health, Mind-Body connection and Rewiring the Nervous System. I am really passionate about providing a safe, gentle space and a caring approach to treatment.
